How to use the 3CX Web Client/PWA

Making Calls:

Press the phone icon in the top-right corner to bring up the dialler.

In the dialler, you can enter a phone/extension number or search by name to call your desired destination.

Note:

  • Ensure the Dialler is set to Call using: Browser so when you make a call it uses the web client to make the call.
  • Inbound calls will automatically bring up the Dialler.

Audio Settings

Click your avatar in the top right and select Settings.

Then select the Audio/Video tab on the left.
From here you can select your desired speaker and microphone for the device. (Generally, this will be your headset)

If your headset has any mute/call buttons on it, it may support headset integration.
You can enable headset integration by pressing Connect Headset then selecting your headset in the pop up and pressing Connect.

From there, you should be able to select your headset manufacturer in the Headset Integration dropdown.
If your manufacturer is not there, try the Universal Headset Driver (WebHlD - 3rd party supported) option.

Changing Status

You can change status by clicking your avatar in the top right and selecting your desired status from the dropdown.
